End of pilotNo. They follow a secure link from an SMS or email to their personal job page. Customers who want more can add Bailee to their home screen, stay signed in and turn on push notifications.
No. Bailee focuses on what happens during the job and what the customer sees. Keep the software you use to book, quote and invoice; Bailee sits alongside it.
At each stage: a few photos or a video, a short factual note and a tap to complete. Bailee does the writing. The aim is for updating the job to be quicker than dealing with the phone calls when nobody does.
Bailee rewrites the facts your technician supplies rather than inventing technical detail, and you stay in control of what is sent to customers. Social posts are never published without your approval.
Nothing goes public without your approval, and customer permission is part of the process before any job content is used on social media or Bailee Showcase.
We review the results together. If Bailee has earned its place, you continue on the founding-customer terms agreed before the pilot started. If it hasn’t, you walk away.
Founding-customer pricing is agreed with you before the pilot begins. We price by the size of your business, not per user, and we’ll talk it through openly in your demo.
